For each online training course, you will need to purchase a licence. This provides your employee with a year’s access to our learning platform. Unlimited access will also apply if you are purchasing a total package. This makes the investment not only much lower than with a regular training course, but you also keep control of your costs. How does online Lean training work?
As soon as your employee is enrolled for our online training, they will receive a personal login code. Participants can then get started immediately: wherever and whenever they choose. Lean training consists of different modules: each module contains theory, videos, assessments, and exercises. Each belt concludes with a test which participants will need to successfully pass to receive an official certificate from Cardiff University.
