Through various modules, you will progress through the five phases of Lean Six Sigma: DMAIC. In each phase, you will delve deeper into corresponding Lean Six Sigma techniques and tools. Each module contains theory, explanatory videos, quizzes, and (practical) assignments.

How long does the upgrade to Green Belt take?

Participants in this e-learning course need an average of 25 hours to complete the Green Belt upgrade training online.

Test and certificate
