Our Lean White Belt training lasts approximately eight hours and covers the core of Lean thinking. You not only learn the theory, but practice immediately with practical tools that you can apply the very next day.

You determine the pace. Whether it takes you one month or nine: it doesn’t matter. After the White Belt, you can progress to the Lean Yellow Belt.
