What do you learn during the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt?
The Green Belt training immerses you in the Lean Six Sigma methodology through the five DMAIC phases. Each module includes theory, explanatory videos, quizzes, and assignments. You conclude the training with a practical assignment to demonstrate that you can truly apply the material.
