What do you learn during the Lean Master Black Belt?

The Master Black Belt program lasts an average of 120 hours and focuses on strategic leadership, change management, and organizational development. You work on three main themes:

Strategic Lean Leadership

• Applying Strategy Deployment, Hoshin Kanri, and the X-Matrix
• Managing KPIs and priorities via Obeya and visual management
• Translating strategy into concrete improvement initiatives

Change Management and Organizational Development

• Analyzing organizational culture and designing effective interventions
• Working with change management, maturity models, and HPO principles
• Achieving behavioral change in complex environments

Train-the-trainer and coaching

• Developing and delivering Lean training at every level
• Coaching and guiding Lean professionals in their learning journey
• Setting up, guiding, and securing improvement programs

Upon completion, you will receive an internationally recognized Lean Master Black Belt certificate, including a practical certificate, accredited by LCS (Cardiff University).
