Through various modules, you will go through the five phases of Lean: DMAIC. Each phase will delve deeper into relevant Lean techniques and tools. Each module includes theory, instructional videos, assessments, and practical assignments.

How much time is required to upgrade to Lean Green Belt?

Participants in this e-learning typically take an average of 25 hours to complete the online Green Belt upgrade training.

Assessment and Certificate.

The assessments you take during this training are there to test your knowledge. Once you have successfully completed all lessons, assessments, and practical assignment, you will receive an internationally recognised Lean certificate from LCS, the Cardiff University licenced service.
