What does the practical assignment in the Lean Green Belt course involve?

To qualify for a Lean Green Belt certificate, you must demonstrate that you can apply the theory in practice. During the Green Belt training, we guide you step by step through this process.

The practical assignment includes the following elements:

  • Describing a Process: You will learn how to map out a process in detail.
  • Identifying Waste: You will learn to identify waste within the process.
  • Analyzing Causes: You will investigate the causes of inefficiencies.
  • Developing an Implementation Plan: You will create a plan to implement improvements.
