Do you also offer classroom Lean training?

Yes, Dmaic.com offers classroom Lean and Lean Six Sigma training throughout the world. These training courses are available for both individual registrations and in-company programs.

We offer different levels of training:

1. Yellow Belt: This training is intended for introduction to Lean Management or Lean Six Sigma. A Yellow Belt is determined to recognize waste, implements quick wins and applies the most commonly used Lean techniques.

2. Green Belt: A training suitable for (future) project and team managers. After this training, participants will have the skills to independently lead improvement and change processes.

3. Black Belt: Participants in this training are able to think about improvement processes at a strategic level, to initiate these processes independently and to lead and enthuse improvement teams.
