Do I have to take an exam at the end of the Lean training?

No. With our online Lean training courses, there is no traditional final exam. Instead, we work with a continuous grading system through quizzes. Here’s how the process works:

• Module Quizzes: After completing each module within the Lean course, you will be tested through a series of quiz questions. These questions serve as your exam questions.
• Instant Feedback: You’ll see your score immediately after each quiz. If you want to improve the score you obtained, we offer you the option to retake the quiz.
• Certification: After successfully answering all exam questions throughout the course, you are ready to download your official Lean certificate.

This approach ensures that you are constantly learning and improving yourself. At the same time, you will be given the flexibility to progress through the material at your own pace, with the assurance that by the end of the training you will be fully prepared to download your Lean certificate, accredited by Cardiff University’s Lean Competency System (LCS).
