What do you learn during the Lean Master Black Belt?
The Master Black Belt programme requires an average of 120 hours of study and focuses on strategic leadership, change management, and organisational development. You will work across three core themes:
Strategic Lean Leadership
- Applying Strategy Deployment, Hoshin Kanri, and the X-Matrix
- Driving KPIs and priorities via Obeya and visual management
- Translating high-level strategy into concrete improvement initiatives
Change Management and Organisational Development
- Analysing organisational culture and designing effective interventions
- Working with change management, maturity models, and HPO principles
- Driving behavioural change in complex environments
Train-the-trainer and coaching
- Developing and delivering Lean training at every level
- Coaching and guiding Lean professionals throughout their learning journey
- Designing, leading, and embedding long-term improvement programmes
