What do you learn during the Lean Green Belt?
The Green Belt training takes approximately 48 hours on average and deepens your knowledge of the Lean methodology, with a strong emphasis on practical application. Throughout the training, you will work on your own business case or assignment, proving that you can effectively put the theory into practice.
The business case or assignment
With the business case or assignment, it is not a matter of right or wrong. You will apply the Lean principles to a situation from your own work environment, whether large or small. You will map out a process description, identify waste, analyse the root causes, and come up with solutions. You will then draw up an actionable implementation plan, demonstrating how you can put the theory into practice. You will be provided with the corresponding template and step-by-step guide during the training, so you do not have to start from scratch.
Are you ‘in between jobs’, or do you currently not have employment or a suitable business case at hand? No problem at all. Give us a call, send a WhatsApp message, or drop us an email, and we will find an alternative case from our selection that fits your situation.
