How many study hours do you need to complete an online Lean training?
That depends on the training. Participants require an average of 8 study hours to complete the White Belt training. Our online Black Belt course requires an average of 64 study hours.
Can I earn multiple Lean or Lean Six Sigma Belts at once?
Absolutely, we offer three discounted bundles for this. Each with a different final level. With these, you earn multiple accredited belts in a single Lean or Lean Six Sigma training course. The advantage is that, thanks to this approach, you build upon the knowledge you have already acquired. If you choose Upgrade packages, you do not need to redo the exercises you have already completed.
What is the difference between Lean and Lean Six Sigma?
Although they are often mentioned in the same breath, both methodologies have a different focus. The shortest answer? Lean focuses on speed, Six Sigma on quality.
Lean revolves around eliminating waste. The goal is to design processes in such a way that an optimal ‘flow’ is created and customer value takes center stage. You remove everything from the process that does not add value (such as waiting times or duplicate work).
Six Sigma is a data-driven method that focuses on reducing variation. The goal is to prevent errors and make processes highly predictable and stable through statistical analysis.
