That depends on the training. Participants require an average of 8 study hours to complete the White Belt training. Our online Black Belt course requires an average of 64 study hours.

The advantage is that, thanks to this approach, you build upon the knowledge you have already acquired. If you choose Upgrade packages, you do not need to redo the exercises you have already completed.

We do not require a specific educational level for our Lean or Lean Six Sigma courses. However, it is important that you are interested and motivated to take an online training course.
